This policy explains what information SolvePilot may process when you use the website and the choices available to you.

Calculator inputs

Published calculator inputs are normally processed locally in your browser. SolvePilot does not receive those numerical values unless a future feature clearly asks you to submit them. Do not enter sensitive personal information into free-text fields or public reports.

Information collected automatically

Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, approximate region, timestamps, referring page and error logs. This information supports delivery, reliability, security and abuse prevention.

Analytics

We may use analytics to understand aggregated page visits, traffic sources, devices and interactions. Analytics configuration should avoid collecting calculator values or information intended to directly identify you.

Advertising and cookies

If advertising is enabled, Google and other disclosed advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalise where permitted, and measure advertising. Messages you send

If you contact us, we process the email address, message and information you provide to respond, investigate corrections, prevent abuse and maintain appropriate records. Avoid sending identity documents, passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

We may use hosting, analytics, security and advertising providers that process limited data on our behalf or under their own policies. External websites linked from SolvePilot control their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

Messages and technical records are retained only as reasonably needed for their stated purpose, legal requirements, security and dispute handling. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

SolvePilot is a general-audience service and is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us about information submitted by a child.

You may block or delete cookies, decline non-essential consent where offered, avoid submitting contact information, and request access to or deletion of information you directly provided, subject to applicable exceptions.
