Percentage = obtained marks รท total marks ร 100. Minimum passing marks = total marks ร passing percentage รท 100.
Worked calculation example
Obtaining 735 out of 1,100 gives approximately 66.82%. With a 40% threshold, the minimum passing score is 440 marks.
